What was once lost is now found
Like a charm at the bottom of a drawer
Tucked away for safe keeping
Forgotten until today
The wind blowing through hair
Reaching out to grab the sun
Each strand living for the moment
Dancing without form
Expressing itself passionately
A life caught in the eddy
Swirling aimlessly round and round
Not knowing where to grasp
Wanting to escape
Yet not understanding how
Pity is not the response that’s sought
Show me the horses that I may run with them
Take the risk that causes the blood to rise
That tackles the essence of life
To live, to love, not to suffocate in boredom

I can relate ...
You have expressed with eloquent words what my heart cries in silence ...
I wish you weren't anonymous.
